2013 SANA Open Final results
A superb performance from Alan Stevens with 23 fish ensured he not only won the Singles trophy but he and his partner Andy Macadam with a total of 28 fish won the Pairs event as well.
In excellent conditions the finalists averaged over 7 fish per rod. 150 fish were caught by 20 competitors with many compliments on the quality of the fish all of which were returned. Full results are available here.

SANA Open Fly Fishing Competition 2013

SANA Open Singles and Pairs Final 6th August 2012
Congratulations to Graeme Connelly(right) and Ewan Clark who in their first
attempt are the 2012 SANA Open Pairs Champions. Graeme and Ewan had 15 fish on
the day. Graeme was the winner of the singles with 10
fish.

Final SANA Open Singles and Pairs - 6th August Lake of Menteith
Here is the list of all qualifiers for the final. There will be 11 Pairs of anglers and 21 anglers qualifying for the Singles Trophies.
From Heat 1 there were 7 pairs progressing( 2 pairs with 7 fish each and each pair had equal first fish times) and from heat 2, 4 pairs progressed to final. From Heat 1, 12 individuals qualified (again time of first fish was used for those on 3 fish) and from heat
2, 4 fish was the cut off.
Final is day session at Lake of Menteith, Anglers are to register in the lodge at 9am. Thanks to all who took part in heats.

SANA Open Singles and Pairs heat 2 - 2nd July
Here are the results of the second heat. The cut off for qualification for the final on 6th August was 4 fish for Single angler qualification and 7 fish for a pair to qualify. The full list of finalists will be published shortly.

Here are the results from the first heat. 26 anglers took part, top 13 qualified for singles. 7 pairs qualified for final on Monday 6th August. There are still places available for the second heat on 2nd July. To enter please send application form to SANA.

The 2012 SANA Open Competition will be held on the Lake of Menteith. This competition was introduced to allow anglers to experience competition angling at one of the best venues in Scotland. The Competition is open to single and pairs of anglers, all anglers are entered for the single competition.
The heats this year are Evening Sessions on Monday 28th May and Monday 2nd July 2012. The final will be a day session on August Bank Holiday 6th August.
Angelrs do not need to be members of SANA to enter this competition.
